Not Included: Alcohol (North Carolina law requires the host to purchase it), extended hours (4+), and travel fees for events 20+ miles from Asheville.

Two to four weeks is ideal. May through September is our busy season — graduations, showers, summer parties, and Airbnb weekends all stack up — so reach out as early as you can for dates in that window. We can sometimes accommodate shorter notice, so it's always worth asking.

Yes — we require a $50 deposit to hold your date. It's fully refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours before your event. The remainder is due at the time of your event.

We ask that you please cancel at least 24 hours before your event. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, as we'll have already prepared and reserved the date exclusively for you

Where do you travel?
Where do you travel?
We're based in Asheville and travel up to 60 miles — that covers Weaverville, Black Mountain, Hendersonville, Brevard, Burnsville, Waynesville, and everywhere in between. Events within 20 miles have no travel fee. Events 20–40 miles add $25, and 40–60 miles add $50. Not sure if you're in range? Just ask — we'll confirm at no obligation.

Dry-hire means we bring the skill, tools, and service — you provide the alcohol. It's the standard model for private party bartending in North Carolina and keeps everything simple and legal. We'll send a tailored shopping list so you know exactly what to buy and how much.

Birthday parties, bridal and baby showers, bachelorette and bachelor parties, holiday gatherings, retirement and anniversary parties, housewarmings, corporate events, and Airbnb group getaways. No event is too casual or too small — backyard cookout or mountain cabin weekend, if you need a bar we'll be there.

Alcohol (beer, wine, spirits), Mixers, Ice and a cooler or ice bucket, and glassware or cups for your guests - don't worry we'll send a detailed shopping list ahead of time so you're fully prepared
If you have a surface you'd like us to use for the bar, that's great. If not, we'll bring one.

Absolutely. Have a drink that means something to you or a theme you're working with? Tell us and we'll make it happen.

Additional hours are $50 each and can almost always be accommodated.

In many cases, no permit is required when alcohol is provided free of charge by the host and guests are not purchasing drinks.
If your event includes liquor (spirits) and is being held at a venue, business, or other commercial property, a Limited Special Occasion Permit may be required through the North Carolina ABC Commission. Applications are $50 and must typically be submitted at least 14 days before the event.
